Solar pool cover reel

If you have a solar pool cover/blanket, you are going to want a solar pool cover reel. Solar pool cover reels make putting your cover on, taking it off, and storing it much easier. The question is: what should you look for when shopping for a solar pool cover reel?

Telescoping design – this makes it easy to use the reel for pool of a variety of sizes.
Lightweight.
U.V. inhibited.
Low – make sure that it can fit beneath your diving board.
Wheels – wheels make the solar pool cover reel portable.
Non-corroding, non-rust frame.
Non-sagging tubing.
Look for a solar pool cover reel that needs only one person to use it.
Above-ground pool cover reel versus in-ground pool cover reel – make sure that you get the right one.
Make sure that you have the clamps, straps, velcro, etc. needed to attach your cover to the reel.
Cover – look for a cover to fit over your solar pool cover reel – it will protect your cover when it is rolled up on the reel.
